Prior to a career in recruitment, Jim spent 17 years in various sales and sales management roles working for leading data networking and software companies both here in the UK and APAC. This valuable sales experience allowed Jim to transition into the area of recruitment as he had built a strong network of both client and candidates across the globe. Building on his experience and knowledge, this allowed Jim to create strong relationships with his customer base which has given him a competitive edge in sourcing and placing candidates into a multitude of sales roles.
Jim has now over 20 years in the recruitment industry and prides himself on providing a first class service to both candidates and customers alike. As he has been on both sides of the fence, Jim fully understands the recruitment process and always endeavours to deliver on any given assignment.
